**Job description**

NUVIOR is a leading Canadian distributor of medical devices, technologies, and medical-grade skincare. We are currently looking for a highly skilled Outside Sales Representative to join our team

Compensation for this role will be **base + commission**. Salary is to be negotiated based on relevant industry experience.

**Position Overview**:

- Demonstrate skills in cultivating strong relationships with key opinion leaders, practitioners and experts within the medical skincare industry.
- Work with clinical team to develop new business opportunities and increase overall market share
- Sales-oriented person who thrives in exceeding sales targets by following up on potential sales and obtaining a comprehensive understanding of the medical treatments and retail products
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of engagements, and efficient use of HubSpot CRM
- Close sales by overcoming objectives, explaining product benefits, and collecting payments
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the products and services we offer to effectively respond to customer needs
- Develop leads through various sources; cold calling, social media, etc..
- Participates in establishing sales targets and provides daily/monthly sales reports to management
- Excellent follow-up performance and ability to articulate medical information to prospective clients
- Plan and conduct product training services

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a field related to; medical device sales, Educators on medical products and devices, pharmaceutical sales
- Independent and self-motivated individual who is experienced in working with sales quotas
- Knowledge and experience in the dermatology/aesthetic/cosmeceutical skincare industry is an asset
- A reliable individual who is flexible and strategic, and possesses a high energy level and outstanding interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
- Strong business acumen
- Professional and people-oriented with outstanding communication skills

**Travel Expectations**
- Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle to commute to various locations
- This position requires someone who is comfortable being on the road. Overnight travel may be required based on location and business needs
