What you will be doing
- Operation and maintenance of the Brewhouse
- Assist on the packaging lines as needed
- CIP and sterilization of tanks & equipment
- Filtration and pasteurization
- Maintain product QC
- Perform cellar tasks on fermentation tanks
- Assist with innovative pilot brews
