**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
We are currently seeking a **Janitor **to join our growing company for the **day shift** (8am until 4.30pm) Monday to Friday, possibility of overtime on sundays. The individual will ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the offices and warehouse.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Clean the bathrooms (approx. 20 stalls)
- Clean the cafeterias (fridges, microwaves, counters etc )
- Cleans corridors, desks and offices
- Sweep/vacuums and mop the floors
- Refill paper and soap dispensers
- Empty the garbage cans and recycling bins
- Clean the conference room
- Informs team leader if maintenance products need to be ordered
- All other duties as required by immediate supervisor

**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE YOU SHOULD POSSESS**:

- Minimum of 1 year of maintenance/cleaning experience;
- In good physical condition
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow a strict schedule

**CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS**:
Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un **concierge **pour rejoindre notre entreprise en pleine croissance pour le **quart de jour** - du lundi au vendredi (8h00 à 16h30) - possibilité de travail le dimanche en temps suppl é mentaire. La personne devra assurer la propreté et le rangement des bureaux et de l'entrepôt, sous la supervision du chef d'équipe.

**CE QUE VOUS FEREZ**:

- Nettoyer les salles de bains (environ 20 cabines)
- Nettoyer les cafétérias (frigos, micro-ondes, comptoirs, etc.)
- Nettoyer les couloirs, les bureaux
- Balayer/aspirer et passer la serpillère sur les sols
- Remplir les distributeurs de papier et de savon
- Vider les poubelles et les bacs de recyclage
- Nettoyer la salle de conférence
- Informer le chef d'équipe si des produits d'entretien doivent être commandés.
- Toutes les autres tâches requises par le superviseur immédiat

**COMPÉTENCES ET CONNAISSANCES QUE VOUS DEVRIEZ POSSÉDER**:

- Minimum d'un an d'expérience en entretien/nettoyage ;
- Bonne condition physique
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome
- Capacité à suivre un horaire strict
