2. Ensure safety policies are considered and adhered to.

3. Set & manage operating plans; includes planning subcontractor requirements.

4. Set & manage proactive repair & maintenance plans to support production objectives.

5. Effectively manage budget and costs through effective utilization of resources. This will require regular analysis of operational and cost performance as well as consideration of market dynamics.

6. Report & present production, maintenance & cost results.

7. Develop strong team of direct and indirect reports.

**Qualifications** **and Experience**:
2. Repairs and maintenance experience, focused on mobile equipment.

3. Experience managing multiple production locations.

4. Proven leadership experience, with passion for efficiency and delivering results.

**Details**

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on site.

Travel within Alberta a few days per month
