
Bilingual Documentation Specialist

**The Role**
Bilingual Documentation Specialist is a detail and compliance-oriented individual who provides administrative support to generate, review and execute employment documentation. This individual will be central point of contact for TA, HR and Operations team across Canada have strong organizational skills, be a dynamic communicator, detail oriented, and comfortable working with tight timelines in a fast-paced environment. This is a steppingstone into a career in Documentation, HR or Compliance.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for drafting and maintaining employment templates including formatting, editing, proofreading, filing and archiving.
- Partnering closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and Operations to respond to all documentation requests in a timely manner.
- Manage the documentation Inbox.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all documentation.
- Contribute to creation and maintain documentation templates and standard operating procedures.
- Perform quality checks on all documentation, including formatting, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Manage the review and approval process for all documentation changes.
- Provide training to teams on documentation best practices and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to documentation and make recommendations for process improvements.
**Background, Experience and Qualifications**
- Bilingualism is a requirement for this role: strong written and oral ability in both French and English.
- Diploma in Law, Business or Human Resources or relevant experience.
- 2+ years of experience drafting and reviewing contracts in a law practice or an HR/procurement department.
- Ability to work with precision and handle documents of highest confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and individuals.
- Experience in organizing and maintaining electronic documentation.
- Understanding of document management and version control processes.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience using Office 365, DocuSign, DropBox and other documentation software.
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable working with tight timelines and in a fast-paced environment with an ability to prioritize competing tasks with a strong drive for results.
- Comfortable being around pets.
