Idlewyld Inn & Spa is a small business in HOSPITALITY. We are professional, agile and customer-centric. We are a boutique establishment with high end customers who require exceptional customer service everytime they walk through our doors.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling, customer service, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist customers with inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure that all customer service policies are followed.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist Hotel Operations Manager with tasks
