We are currently seeking a skilled Quality Control & Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team at [GTAphones] in [Mississauga, ON]. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive quality control inspections on repaired cell phones, ensuring adherence to established standards and specifications.
- Perform thorough testing of cell phone components and functionality, including screens, batteries, cameras, speakers, microphones, and software.
- Identify and document any defects, issues, or areas requiring further attention or improvement.
- Collaborate with the repair team to address and resolve any identified issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control findings and actions taken.
- Assist with cell phone repairs, including screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, and other hardware and software troubleshooting as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding the quality of repairs.
- Stay updated on the latest cell phone models, features, and repair techniques to ensure high-quality workmanship.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in cell phone repair, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and other hardware repairs.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of various cell phone models, operating systems (iOS, Android), and their troubleshooting methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or issues.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for testing cell phone functionality.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software used for record-keeping.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance.
- Technical certifications related to cell phone repair or mobile devices.
- Familiarity with electronic components and soldering techniques.
- Experience with data recovery and software troubleshooting.
