Wash Technician

**Who are we?**

Motor Werke is a locally owned independent service and repair shop specialising in European and Import vehicles with 9 service bays and over 20 of the best team members (and dogs) anyone could ask for. We pride ourselves on offering the highest level of customer service, maintaining a clean and organised shop, and allowing our people to work with all brands and build on their skills through various training options.

**The position**:
As a Wash Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of vehicle cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail and ability to deliver sparkling clean results will contribute directly to our reputation for excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently and thoroughly wash, vacuum, and clean customer vehicles to the highest standard, both inside and out.
- Ensure all vehicles are handled safely and with care, minimising the risk of damage.
- Collaborate with the Service Advisors and Head Detailer to coordinate wash schedules and prioritise tasks for efficient workflow.
- Perform visual inspections to identify and report any existing or potential issues with vehicles.
- Uphold a friendly and professional demeanour when interacting with customers.
- Assist in tasks around the shop including opening and closing duties.
