Equipment Operator

**Duties**:

- Operate and maintain various types of equipment, such as skid steers, and excavators.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Transport materials, supplies, and equipment to different locations within the facility or construction site.
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment operation.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, safety guidelines, and work orders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects or materials as required.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.

**Note: Additional qualifications may be required depending on the specific industry or job requirements.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $34.00-$38.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
