The Supervisor, Member Solutions Centre (MSC) is a results-oriented, member-focused Access Credit Union Brand Champion who is responsible for the overall performance of the MSC and its successful integration with the branch network. They provide support, guidance, coaching, and training to the MSC team and foster a culture that supports Access Credit Union’s Mission Statement, through the fulfillment of our Value Proposition.

This position oversees delivery of a full range of services to existing and new members of Access Credit Union.  They are accountable for all day-to-day operations of the MSC and they ensure that all established policies and procedures are followed. They ensure members are promptly and professionally served and that MSC operations are driven by a member-focused model of service that works collaboratively with all areas of Access Credit Union.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree or Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution with studies focus on business or finance services is considered an asset
- Minimum of 5-10 years previous experience in customer/member service role, experience within a contact centre preferred
- Ability to develop employees in a coaching environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Critical thinker who analyzes information and uses logic to address issues, problems and challenges
- Understanding and adherence to the Privacy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, and Terrorist Financing Act, the Credit Union Act and Credit Union Loan Policies
- Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable
- Ability to work in an environment with multiple and changing priorities
- Advanced knowledge of risk management within the financial industry
