En tant que technicien de contrôle de satellites, vous aurez l’occasion de le faire Rejoignez notre équipe et soyez à la pointe de la technologie spatiale en exploitant les satellites SCISAT-1, RADARSAT-2, NEOSSAT et RCM, qui évoluent à une altitude de 700 km et traversent l’espace à une vitesse de 28 000 km/h. Nous sommes à la recherche de personnes titulaires de certifications professionnelles en informatique, en programmation, en électronique ou de diplômes collégiaux pertinents qui n’ont peut-être pas envisagé une carrière dans le contrôle de satellites.

Responsabilités

Dans ce rôle, vous serez amené à:

- Examiner les documents opérationnels, y compris les tables de commandes temporelles et les procédures de contrôle de passage.
- Effectuer des activités opérationnelles en temps réel liées aux satellites, telles que les tests de préparation avant le passage, les opérations de passage, les tâches après le passage et la lecture des données de télémétrie en orbite.
- Surveiller attentivement les états inattendus des satellites ou les violations des limites.
- Utiliser des outils opérationnels pour générer des rapports de performance des satellites et effectuer des analyses de détermination de l’orbite.

**Position Overview**:
Have you ever considered using your skills in computers, programming, and electronics or a related field to navigate the cosmos? As a Satellite Control Technician, you’ll have the chance to do just that Join our team and be at the forefront of space technology, operating SCISAT-1, RADARSAT-2, NEOSSAT, and RCM satellites soaring at 700 km altitude and blazing through space at 28,000 km/h. We’re on the lookout for individuals with professional certifications in computer sciences, programming, electronics, or relevant college diplomas who may not have previously thought about a career in satellite control.

**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will:

- Review operational documents, including time-tag command tables and pass control procedures.
- Conduct real-time satellite operations activities, such as Pre-Pass Readiness Tests, Pass operations, Post-Pass tasks, and on-orbit telemetry data playback.
- Vigilantly monitor for unexpected satellite states or limit violations.
- Utilize operational tools to generate satellite performance reports and perform orbit determination analysis.
