**Non-Resident Assistant Superintendent wanted for a high-rise Condominium building in Newmarket (York Region, ON)**

**Job Type: Full Time, permanent afternoons shift 2:45 p.m. to 10:45 p.m.**

Must have at least 3 years experience with high-rise buildings - mechanical knowledge and computer skills an asset.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Cleaning & maintenance of all interior and exterior common areas
- Attend and take appropriate action in emergency situations, mediate loss
- Assist trades persons in a reasonable manner
- Trouble shoot for maintenance concerns, and perform smaller repairs
- Monitor move ins and outs
- Address recycling and garbage bins
- Knowledge of maintaining commercial pool and spa
- Shovel snow from walkway entrances and exits to the building if required
- Computer literate, familiar with access control systems, and CCTV cameras
- Evening patrols throughout building and grounds

**Competitive Wages**

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
