We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests and residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a helpful attitude, and enjoy assisting others, we would love to hear from you.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests and residents with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Provide information about the property, amenities, and local attractions
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate transportation services for guests as needed
- Make restaurant reservations, book tickets for events, and arrange for other services as requested
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety of guests and residents
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, sorting mail, and managing reservations
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and residents
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
**Salary**: $16.55-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
