**The Opportunity**:
From day one, you will be a key member of our Finance Transformation team, with an initial directive to implement OneStream, Kinross’ selected Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution. With your EPM expertise, you will contribute to all phases of the technology lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture and functional design, testing, and implementation. OneStream training will be provided to equip you with the specific knowledge you’ll need in this expert role. Once implemented, you will have the opportunity to further develop and maintain the system, while also supporting strong business user relationships.

You will be a key contributor in Finance’s transformation journey by participating in the development and implementation of the vision of how technology can most effectively support Finance operations and reporting across all Finance systems. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow professionally and personally through mentorship and support from a high performance team in one of the world’s top gold mining companies.

**What You Will Do**:
Your collaboration with the project team, IT resources, and external consultants will be key to ensuring the OneStream implementation project is delivered successfully, and processes and systems are optimized. You will provide input for the current and future use of the OneStream system, including developing and maintaining strategies and roadmaps for upgrades, releases, and improvements in functionality. This will also involve implementing additional OneStream modules and proactively identifying opportunities for future enhancements by anticipating internal/external business challenges.

After the initial implementation, you will take primary responsibility for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the OneStream system. This will include managing a report library and the system’s security and controls. You will interact with end users to provide training and support, and with technical groups (software vendors, external consultants, internal IT department) to resolve system issues and make system improvements. Staying current on best practices and trends in the industry, and incorporating your learning into improving systems and services will enable you to continue to make valuable contributions to the Finance Transformation team.

**Must Haves**:

- University degree
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience
- Experience with EPM systems - implementing, configuring, and/or administering (e.g. OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP BPC)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and report writing within consolidation systems
- Understanding of accounting and financial reporting, and experience with multi-entity organizations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills, along with strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong attention to detail and flexibility to adapt

**Nice to Haves**:

- Professional accounting designation (CPA or international equivalent)
- OneStream Administrator Certification
- Previous experience in the mining industry
