**Role - Track Estimator**

**Location - Toronto, ON (Canada)**

**Duration - Fulltime**
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand project scope, objectives, and specifications.
- Review track construction plans, engineering drawings, and related documents to assess project requirements and identify cost factors.
- Conduct site visits and evaluations to gather information, assess track conditions, and determine project complexities.
- Analyze project data, including quantities of materials, labor requirements, equipment, and subcontractor costs, to develop accurate and detailed cost estimates.
- Utilize specialized track estimating software and tools to perform calculations and generate estimates.
- Research and source track materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing to ensure accurate cost estimation.

Pay: $70,996.61-$75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Conduct site visits and evaluations to gather information: 5 years (preferred)

- Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers: 5 years (preferred)
