We are currently looking for a qualified Associate Brand Manager, Mood Disorders. This is a permanent full-time job, reporting to the Director, Marketing & Sales, Mood Disorders. **Your Position**

The Associate Brand Manager, working in close collaboration with the Mood Disorders team, plays an important role in supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies within the Mood Disorders team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Sales, Mood Disorders, he/she is responsible for supporting marketing plan implementation, including developing promotional materials, creating digital solutions and supporting analyses important to executional excellence of our sales activities.

Because this individual must partner with a cross functional team, he/she must demonstrate a high level of collaborative behavior and live our 5 shared beliefs of being Patient-Driven, Courageous, Ambitious, Passionate and Responsible.

**Brand Management (50%)**
- As part of the Customer Experience Plan, support the implementation of specific projects that are tailored to customer needs and supports brand strategy
- Develop and implement digital initiatives such as RTEs that support multi-channel engagement with our customers by our field team
- Lead planning and implementation of activities related to national and regional conference and congresses sponsored by marketing within the business unit
- Support the Mood Disorders team by participating in special projects such as contest launches, virtual rep POAs or with internal communication campaigns
- Practice sound inventory management of promotional & digital tools and samples with distribution partners and ensure continuous availability

**Team Collaboration (30%)**
- Participate fully as a member of the cross-functional brand team ensuring strong collaboration with various stakeholders including our global partners and support a positive work environment that promotes excellence, quality, innovation, and teamwork
- Work closely together with the sales team and have regular contact with customers to improve team understanding of customer needs and impact of brand messaging and activities
- Collaborate with the Psychotic Disorders marketing team on specific initiatives and provide support in areas where synergy is possible.
- Support the organization and coordination of initiatives that supports the training of our Mental Health Specialists
- Work in compliance with all business and operations

**Monitoring of Business (20%)**
- Perform regular business reviews that track brand key performance indicators, analyses competitive performance trends and ensures the timely communication of key issues
- Provide market/regional/customer insights to the brand team to ensure timely course correction and effective deployment of resources
- Support sound management of the approved budget and perform analyses required to maximize brand investments.

**Position Qualifications**
- University degree in business and/or life sciences
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing within the Canadian pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of current pharmaceutical trends and events
- Knowledge of Health Canada regulations, PAAB code and IMC code of conduct as they relate to pharmaceutical marketing
- Knowledge of the Canadian CNS market is an asset
- Strong planning/organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Digitally proficient with strong capabilities with Microsoft suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
