We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team and contribute to our financial success. As a Finance Manager at Solar Power Store, you will play a key role in managing the financial operations of our business. You will work closely with the finance team to produce financial records, budgeting and forecasting, create strategies and planning for the long-term financial goals of the organization.

**What you'll do**
- **Financial Reporting Management**: Oversee the preparation and detailed analysis of financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure their accuracy and relevance in decision-making processes.
- **Accounts Receivable and Payable Oversight**: Direct the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable, guaranteeing the punctual and precise processing of invoices and payments, while implementing measures to enhance financial operations.
- **Expense Management**: Supervise the monitoring and classification of company expenses, maintaining meticulous records, and instituting systems for optimal resource allocation and cost management.
- **Advanced Financial Planning & Analysis**: Lead comprehensive financial analyses to discern trends, pinpoint opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives for financial performance enhancement.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting Leadership**: Spearhead the collaborative efforts in the crafting and continual refinement of financial forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- **Compliance Management**: Enforce strict adherence to financial regulations and compliance with tax laws, as well as other financial mandates, to uphold the organization's financial integrity and mitigate risk.
- **Strategic Data Management**: Manage the maintenance of financial databases and records, ensuring their utmost accuracy, security, and easy accessibility for informed decision-making.
- **Audit Facilitation**: Oversee and provide expert support for both internal and external audits, ensuring full cooperation and transparency throughout the auditing process.
- **Managing Payments**: Manage and oversee the completion and tracking of payments to suppliers and other vendors, ensuring financial obligations are met with efficiency and integrity.
- **Financial Strategy and Analysis**: Introduce and manage sophisticated financial planning and analysis frameworks to inform and guide strategic business decisions.
- **Team Development**: While not immediately managing a team, the Finance Manager will strategize and prepare for team expansion, including defining roles and participating in recruitment to align with organizational goals. Over time, they will assume direct leadership to cultivate a skilled finance team.
- **Ad Hoc Projects and Initiatives**: Take charge of various finance-related projects, driving initiatives that contribute to the organization’s financial stability and growth.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record in financial management and leadership roles.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
- An advanced degree, such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance or a related field, is highly desirable
- Prior experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis is essential.
- Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems, as well as advanced skills in spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in financial matters.
