Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of south dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Oversee and manage the south indian department operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and specials
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a South indian Chef or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality dishes

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
