- ** Menu Knowledge**:Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our menu offerings, including coffee varieties, specialty drinks, and cakes, to assist customers in making informed choices.
- ** Hygiene and Safety**:Adhere rigorously to all food safety and hygiene protocols, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- ** Cash Handling**:Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments with precision and integrity.
