**What is an operator at Foliot?**

At Foliot, the operators are the people who operate the machines to cut, trim and drill the melamine panels we need to make our furniture. They are both efficient and very thorough because they must produce top quality parts and materials, while maintaining a pace fast enough to meet the needs of production.

**Why do we love our operators so much?**

We could not do without our operators, because they are the ones who ensure the quality and availability of the parts, we need to produce the furniture. They are appreciated for their thoroughness, their team spirit, and their ability to adapt quickly to twists and turns.
- You like everything technologic and machines interest you _(you'll see, our factory is well equipped, on the machine side...)._
- You have an eye for detail and a good sense of observation _(if you like to be the one who can spot small flaws before everyone else, that's even better)._
- You are a follower of occupational health and safety _(no way you or anyone on your team is injured.)_
