**Position: Reservations Coordinator**

Are you a friendly, professional, and organized individual who loves providing outstanding service? Nita Lake Lodge is looking for a Reservations Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their memorable experience with us.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Handle hotel, dining, and spa reservations efficiently.
- Process direct, third-party, and group reservations with precision.
- Manage guest deposits and payments.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide detailed information on local attractions.
- Complete weekly and monthly occupancy reports.
- Support the coordination and implementation of special promotions.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
- Assist the revenue manager with inventory management.
- Ensure all tasks comply with emergency and safety procedures.

**What You Bring**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus).
- Prior experience in hospitality or hotels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are an asset).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Exceptional guest service focus and phone manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
