As our **Government and Foundation Grant Specialist**, you will play a pivotal role in securing funding from government agencies, family foundations, and corporate foundations. **What You Will Do**
- Lead Grant Success: Research, identify, and secure funding opportunities that align with RBG’s strategic goals.
- Analyze and Innovate: Use data-driven strategies to evaluate past grant performance, enhance success rates, and align funding with organizational priorities.
- Communicate Impact: Showcase project outcomes to funders, highlighting how their support advances RBG’s mission.Collaborate Across Teams: Work with departments including conservation, horticulture, education, and cultural programming to align funding opportunities with RBG’s diverse initiatives.**What Makes You a Great Fit?**
- 5+ years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, or related roles, with a proven track record of securing substantial funding.
- Exceptional writing skills, capable of turning complex ideas into compelling narratives.
- Experience in grant lifecycle management, including tracking pipelines, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and project management tools like Gantt charts.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with funders and collaborate across departments.Knowledge of conservation, education, or cultural programming is an asset.**Why Join RBG?**

**Working Conditions**
