Résumé du poste:
Le chef de chantier coordonne les activités, les ressources, les équipements et les informations et veille au bon fonctionnement du personnel de construction, des projets sur lesquels il travaille et de tous les processus connexes. Le superviseur de site suit les directives du directeur des opérations de construction et s'efforce d'optimiser l'efficacité du personnel et d'achever les projets dans les limites acceptables pour First Onsite. Il veille à ce que les objectifs et les besoins du département de la construction et de First Onsite soient atteints et dépassés.

Responsabilités:
Examiner, programmer et superviser tous les travaux effectués en interne par les chefs de projet.
Maintenir un niveau élevé de qualité et d'efficacité tout au long du projet, c'est-à-dire
Veiller à ce que la démonstration réponde aux normes de qualité de First Onsite
Produire une liste complète des matériaux pour les réparations
Examine et apporte des révisions au cahier des charges avant le début des travaux, si nécessaire.
fournir une orientation et une assistance immédiates aux équipes sur place
Respecter les calendriers d'achèvement prévus
Tenir toutes les parties concernées au courant de l'avancement des travaux et/ou les informer des modifications/ajouts apportés à l'ordre de travail initial ou aux spécifications des réparations.
Constituer, diriger et déployer une équipe de qualité optimale pour atteindre les objectifs du plan stratégique de l'entreprise.Veiller à ce que les politiques et procédures de santé et de sécurité de l'entreprise soient respectées par l'ensemble du personnel et des sous-traitants de First Onsite, y compris par l'ensemble du personnel de l'agence, qui doit être au courant de toutes les procédures et formations en matière de santé et de sécurité, et participer/conduire les réunions de contrôle relatives à la santé et à la sécurité et aux procédures de travail lorsqu'il se trouve sur le site.
Tenir à jour les calendriers détaillés des projets, y compris les tâches administratives pour plusieurs sites.
Contrôler quotidiennement l'efficience et l'efficacité du personnel, examiner et autoriser les feuilles de temps.
Les activités professionnelles peuvent comprendre le travail physique, la manutention et le levage de matériaux, la montée sur des échelles, le port d'un respirateur et le travail dans des espaces restreints (greniers, sous-sols et vides sanitaires).
Qualifications et expérience:
Estimation Xactimate / Sensibilisation
Minimum 3 ans d'expérience avec des résultats prouvés dans un poste de superviseur / contremaître de construction avec jusqu'à 25 rapports, dans le secteur de la restauration / de l'urgence (ou un secteur connexe).
Compréhension détaillée des pratiques de reconstruction pour les biens ayant subi des dommages dus à l'eau, au vent, à la moisissure, au feu et au vandalisme.
Connaissance des codes du bâtiment et des codes de l'électricité, de la plomberie, de la mécanique et autres codes connexes.
Connaissance des lois et ordonnances régissant la construction de bâtiments.
Solides compétences en matière de communication, tant écrite que verbale
Compétences informatiques requises pour utiliser efficacement Word, Excel et Outlook.

**Position Summary**:
The Site Supervisor will coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information and will keep the construction staff, and projects construction is working on and all related processes running smoothly. The Site Supervisor takes direction from the Construction Operations Manager and works toward optimizing Staff efficiency and completing projects within First Onsite acceptable levels. Focus on ensuring that the goals and needs of the Construction Department and First Onsite are being met and exceeded.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviews, schedules and oversees all In house Work from Project Managers.
- Maintains a high level of Quality and Efficiency throughout the project i.e.
- Ensures Demo Meets First Onsite Quality Standards
- Produces Comprehensive Materials List for Repairs
- Reviews and provides Revisions
