Shawnigan Lake, Canada Shawnigan Lake Montessori Child Care Ltd Full time

Shawnigan Lake Montessori requires a Montessori preschool teacher/assistant with BC ECE or ECEA for a 16 seat classroom within a 32 seat preschool, 30 months to 6 years of age. The successful applicant does not require Montessori certification but knowledge of the Montessori method is an asset. BC Early Childhood Educator certification is preferred.

This position is a permanent part time position. The Montessori program runs from September to June, with 8 weeks of full time summer employment required with the position. The posted hourly rate is approx. based on experience and training. The provincial wage enhancement **is not included** in the posted wage rate. The opportunity for full time work in time is likely, with added Extended Health Care Benefits.
