Sales Assistant

**Sales Assistant**

Assist all Sales staff and General Manager with quotes, customer information/ communication, waste tracking sheets, and CRM inputs. Take customer calls and be able to forward them to the correct personnel. Make cold calls to new customers, and help with other office & administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take customer calls during business hours and take notes or pass onto Go Services Inc. personnel accordingly
- Generate quotes and other documents for sales team
- Collect payment/billing information
- Input notes and other information into CRM
- Contact customers as instructed
- Complete Waste Tracking Sheets
- Update Dispatching Department on new orders

**Skills**:

- Strong Work Ethic
- Able to take notes over the phone and collect detailed, accurate information from customers
- Cold Calling
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication

**Other Skills (Optional)**:

- Social Media (Linkedin, Instagram, etc.)
- Photography and Image Editing.

**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday

‐ Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- After Hours: Assist with Customer Calls

**Starting Wage**:

- $25.00/Hour
- Benefits after Probationary Period (3-Months)

**Direct Supervisors**:

- General Manager - Terrance Grise
- Vice President - Dustin Cabelka

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
