**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Creative Multimedia Assistant to join our dynamic team. As the Creative Multimedia Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production of various multimedia content, including videography, social media posts, and podcasts. This role demands creativity, technical proficiency, and excellent organizational skills to ensure the seamless execution of projects targeting high-net-worth individuals.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Athlete Brand Development**: Collaborate with marketing team to understand client personal brand identity and develop creative strategies that align with their image and goals.
- **Content Creation**: Produce high-quality multimedia content including videos, graphics, animations, and digital artwork that showcases athletes’ personalities, achievements, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- **Social Media Engagement**: Help management to plan, design and implement creative content for social media platforms to increase engagement, follower base, and interaction with fans. Monitor social media trends to ensure content is relevant and impactful.
- **Event Promotion**: Create promotional materials for events, such as athlete appearances, charity events, and sponsorship activations, using engaging multimedia elements to attract attention and participation.
- **Sponsorship Activation**: Assist in the development of creative concepts and materials for sponsorship proposals and activations, ensuring content aligns with both athlete and sponsor branding.
- **Project Management**: Work on multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines, coordinating with other team members and external partners as necessary.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all multimedia content is consistent with the athlete's brand identity, agency standards, and marketing objectives.
- **Research and Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in multimedia production, social media, and athlete marketing to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to content creation.
- **Communication and Information Support**:Provide communications support to management team and information support through logging and archiving footage from productions, photoshoots, and other creative media sources when required.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A degree in multimedia, digital media, graphic design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- **Experience**: Experience with multimedia content creation and management. Portfolio of previous work will be required.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in Adobe Creative suite with an understanding of Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve. High level understanding of Microsoft Office with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint preferred.
- **Creativity**: Ability to generate innovative ideas for multimedia content that engages and informs audiences.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
