Vaughan, Canada Kamen Ramen Full time

Prep Cook:
The Prep Cook will be in the back kitchen and will learn and be responsible for washing, cutting and prepping all foods required to assemble dishes from the menu.

Duties performed will include but not limited to:
Opening and Closing Prep Cook Checklist

Prepping vegetables, sauces and meats throughout the day

Gathering Inventory

Cleaning and washing dishes

Assist with cooking appetizers



Line Cook:
The Line Cook will be on the front kitchen and will learn and be responsible for Appetizer Station, Topping Station and Wok Station.

Duties performed will include but not limited to:
Opening and Closing Line Cook Checklist

Refilling toppings and sauces at prep stations

Making Appetizers at appetizer station

Boiling Noodles and cooking broth at topping station

Stir Fry using Wok at Wok Station

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
