Programmer tous les employés de manière appropriée pour l'ensemble de l'unité et veiller à ce que les plannings soient exacts et mis à jour en temps utile.
- Veiller à ce que les horaires conduisent à des niveaux de dotation appropriés pour les équipes.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables et les superviseurs pour garantir l'exactitude des fiches de présence et des horaires, notamment en ce qui concerne les erreurs de fiches de présence et les absences.
- Programmer les employés de manière à réduire ou à minimiser l'impact des heures supplémentaires.
- Résoudre avec les responsables les problèmes liés aux pénuries, aux écarts ou à d'autres obstacles afin d'assurer le bon déroulement des opérations.
- Être l'expert du logiciel de planification et de paie afin d'enseigner et de former d'autres gestionnaires et superviseurs.
- Exécuter les rapports nécessaires pour vérifier le calendrier et s'assurer de son exactitude.
- Recommander des solutions aux problèmes, des possibilités d'amélioration ou de nouvelles mesures de prévention.
- Identifier de manière proactive les problèmes, les tendances et les opportunités à partir de données, de conversations et d'observations.
- Faire preuve de diligence, de ponctualité et de fiabilité.
- Assurer le suivi et la collecte de toutes les informations nécessaires à l'obtention de l'IRAC et de l'AD.
- Fixer les rendez-vous BAP et s'assurer de la participation de tous les employés prévus
- Effectuer les autres tâches qui lui sont confiées.

- Schedule all employees appropriately for the entire unit and ensure schedules are accurate and updated in a timely manner.
- Ensure that schedules lead to proper staffing levels for the shifts.
- Work closely with managers and supervisors to ensure accurate timecards and schedules, such as with timecard errors and absences.
- Schedule employees in a way that will drive down or minimize overtime impact.
- Resolve problems with managers related to shortages, variances, or other impediments to ensure a smooth operation.
- Be the expert in the scheduling and payroll software to teach and train other managers and supervisors.
- Run reports as needed to audit schedule and ensure accuracy.
- Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures.
- Proactively identify problems, trends and opportunities derived from data, conversations, and observations.
- Be diligent, punctual, and reliable.
- Ensure follow-up and collection of all necessary information required to obtain YUL RAIC and DA.
- Schedule BAP appointments and ensure participation of all scheduled employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Baccalauréat en exploitation, en gestion d'entreprise ou dans un domaine connexe, de préférence, mais pas obligatoirement.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de planification opérationnelle, par exemple en tant que responsable des opérations d'un département.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de production.- Doit être en mesure de passer un contrôle d'antécédents avec empreintes digitales dans le cadre de la TSA.
- Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité de leadership démontrée.
- Solide communication professionnelle orale et écrite.
- Capacité à apprendre rapidement et à naviguer sur différentes plateformes de planification.
- Capacité avérée à collaborer et à travailler de manière transversale.
- Excellente maîtrise d'Excel, de Word et de PowerPoint.
- Excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation et de motivation.
- Sens du détail et capacité d'observation remarquables.
- Penseur stratégique, créatif et doté d'excellentes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision.
- Résistant, capable d'agir de manière autonome et d'apprendre rapidement dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Souci du détail et de la précision, et fort engagement en faveur de l'éthique des affaires.
