Construction Project Manager

**_Responsibilities include:_**
- Building strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and team members
- Monitor budgets, schedules, cost reports and job progress and review with the project team
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

**_Qualifications and Skills:_**
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excel skills at an intermediate to advanced level
- Ability to prioritize and manage time in a productive and efficient manner
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Able to identify gaps in knowledge or processes and seek resolutions
- Valid Drivers’ License and vehicle required to travel to various job sites when needed
