**How you'll make an impact**:
Responsibilities include:

- Set up and maintain client files.
- Process endorsements mid-term changes to policy.
- Request and/or process new business and renewals.
- Request all Invoicing, binders and cover letters.
- Prepare certificates of insurance and complete post placement checklist with sign off from CSM Invoicing and completing premium financing contracts.
- Handle accounting activities for team.
- Claims - responsible for reporting claims and adjuster contact information.
- Insurance Company portals - access various Insurance Company portals to obtain insurance policy documents.
- Prepare and maintain schedules of insurance and check policy documents for accuracy.

**About you**:
Required:

- High school diploma and 1 year experience required.
- Thorough knowledge of office procedures.

Preferred:

- Strong passion and curiosity for a career in insurance sales and risk management
- Competitive spirit and desire to demonstrate high energy and enthusiasm on-the-job
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Active participant in a competitive and/or sales-based environment
- Desire to work, learn and grow within an entrepreneurial environment
