**Job Summary**

**This is a subcontractor position - must be willing to go and get Alberta business number and bill the company to be paid.

**Duties**
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cookies.
- Package finished products for sale while ensuring freshness and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and delivery of baked items.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Baker (preferably baking with sourdough) or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen safety protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen equipment is beneficial.
- A passion for baking and cooking, along with a creative mindset.
