Introduction: We are a full service alarm company that installs, services, maintains and monitors security, access control and video systems and we are looking to expand our technical team. If you are an **experienced technician** that is proficient working with these systems and has understanding of both the technical and IT aspects of this industry please send us your resume. **The applicant we seek should have a minimum of 5 years of experience**, will possess technical and electrical knowledge, be skilled with computers and technology, have outstanding problem solving and organizational skills, have a desire to learn, be customer oriented and possess the self-discipline to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Summary:

- Install, Setup & Program, Service, Troubleshoot, provide Technical Support/Training
- Run Wires & Mount Devices
- Project Management of: Alarm Systems, Video Systems; IP & Analog, Access Control, Gate Operators, Door Operators, Door Strikes, Exit Hardware, Network Wiring, Data Jacks, Etc.
- Follow blueprints and layouts.
- Provide and write professional detailed reports and summaries of work completed.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient with Computers / Electronic Products and Mechanical Technology
- 5+ years field experience in Security/Cameras/Access Control
- Previous experience fishing walls / pulling wire and terminating for installations
- Should be proficient in terminating RJ45 jacks and testing the LAN installation
- Read / Write / Speak fluent English & Understand technical diagrams & instructions
- Valid Driver’s License
- Driver’s Abstract & Criminal Record Check
- Comfortable working from heights (applicable training will be provided)
- Knowledge of Door Strikes and Electronic door hardware

Physical Demands:

- This position requires lifting, frequent/prolonged periods of standing, bending, pulling, twisting, reaching, and climbing. Personal Protective Equipment may be required at certain job sites.
