Restaurant Manager

**Overview**
**Duties**:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a skilled and motivated team.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Create schedules for staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain a positive dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends.
- Maintain financial records, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a related role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and bartending practices is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff alike.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a restaurant setting.
