**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Community Engagement**: Act as the face of our organization at student events, community outreach, and public forums. Conduct presentations, build relationships, and actively engage with audiences to strengthen brand loyalty and community connections.
- **Content Creation & Short Form Video Production**: Develop engaging, on-brand video content to promote our institution, events, and achievements. Collaborate with students and staff to feature stories, events, and activities that resonate with our audience.
- **Social Media Management**: Generate and schedule social media content, interact with followers, and leverage social media trends to increase our digital presence and community engagement.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan, promote, and participate in community events and on-campus activities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure event success and maximum visibility.
- **Brand Advocacy**: Serve as a passionate advocate for our brand, continually looking for ways to enhance our messaging, outreach, and engagement with students and the broader community.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 years of experience in marketing, communications, community engagement, or a similar role.

**Skills**
- **Design**: Proficient in Canva; Adobe Suite experience is a plus.
- **Public Speaking**: Comfortable with public speaking and able to connect easily with diverse groups.
- **Creativity & Innovation**: Demonstrated creativity in content creation, marketing strategies, and design.
- **Short Form Video & Content Creation**: Skilled at developing engaging video and visual content.
- **Event Management**: Experience planning and promoting community or student events.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $47,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
