Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at NANA'S KITCHEN AND HOT SAUCES. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our brand and products.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing communications, with experience in creating and executing campaigns that drive results. You will work closely with our sales and product development teams to understand our customers' needs and develop targeted messaging that resonates with them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications plans that align with our business objectives;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, including social media posts, email newsletters, and press releases;
  • Manage and maintain our website, ensuring that it is up-to-date and reflects our brand identity;
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing initiatives;
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, influencers, and industry partners;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content that drives engagement;
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social;
