**WHAT TO EXPECT**:

Soucy Rubber is currently looking for a financial and inventory clerk to complete its team.

Here's an overview of your tasks:

- Act as a resource person for the inventories
- Actively participate in the organization of the annual inventory count
- Carry out cyclical inventory counts, inventory audits and make adjustments in the manufacturing system
- Follow up on the consumption of raw materials on current production orders
- Actively participate in the implementation of reports and performance indicators related to the integrity of the
- integrity of data affecting inventory and control measures
- Take corrective actions to improve data integrity
- Reconcile plant inventories with systems and adjusting entries
- Reconcile inventories on consignment with internal and external partners
- Participate in the month-end process of the costing and accounting department
- Perform any other duties as requested by the immediate supervisor

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- DEP in accounting or any other relevant experience
- 0 to 5 years of experience in similar functions
- Proficiency in MS Office software in a Windows environment, particularly Excel
- Experience with an ERP system (asset)
- Understanding of the specificities of the manufacturing environment (asset)
- Rigor
- Analytical skills and ability to optimize work
