**It’s more than just a job**

As a Case Manager with Blue sky, you are responsible for fostering and encouraging a therapeutic and compassionate residential experience for children and youth. Reporting to the Lead Case Manager, you must have excellent decision making, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, and enjoying working with a supportive team. You’re a people person and are able to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, the children and youth in our care along with other relevant internal and external supports.

**What you’ll bring?** A university degree preferably in social work; or a college diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution with experience in children services may also be considered; the ability to deal with crisis and post-crisis debriefing; the ability to work as part of a team and independently; excellent decision making and critical thinking skills; excellent written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills; and applicants should possess a valid driver’s license/insurance and have their own vehicle.
