LCI Education is looking for an english-speaking writer who will be responsible for writing inspirational and informative branded marketing content in english for our various local and international education and business solutions audiences.

YOUR ROLE

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Design, write and edit digital content (copywriting) for the LCI Education website according to the briefs established by the Marketing team and the Global Content Manager;
- Design, write, adapt and edit various promotional and informative content (texts for the website, brochures, flyers, presentations, newsletters, press releases, etc.) for different international audiences according to the briefs established by the marketing teams and the Global Content Manager;
- Ensure consistency and uniformity of content, taking into account LCI Education's language standards, brand tone, and web writing principles;
- Provide recommendations to marketing teams on strategies, content architecture and angles to adopt according to business objectives and target audience;
- Approve the texts written and make the necessary changes;
- Work closely with the Global Content Manager and marketing teams to ensure consistency of final content;
- Oversee requests and translation work of texts in different languages to ensure that the meaning and tone are respected;
- Contribute to the development of the corporate lexicon, style guide, and language standards;
- Contribute to the improvement of procedures and work tools;
- Provide consulting support to management and marketing teams in matters of communication and Web writing;
- Ensure that the content provided by each business unit complies with the SEO standards of the web platform;
- Coordinate and assist in the implementation of the taxonomy in the official languages of each audience;
- Meet deadlines;
- Other related duties.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing writing;
- Mastery of marketing, web, SEO and web accessibility writing best practices;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Excellent level of English, both oral and written, can communicate orally in French;
- Knowledge of Jira, Gather Content, Sitecore or another project and content management system (an asset);
- Basic experience with design software such as Adobe XD or Figma (an asset);
- Experience in education and corporate training (an asset);
- Knowledge of user experience (an asset).
