**Responsabilités clés**:

- **Accueillir les Clients**: Recevoir chaleureusement les clients dès leur arrivée et les accompagner à leurs tables, en créant une première impression positive.
- **Conseiller les Clients**: Présenter le menu, répondre aux questions sur les plats et boissons, et faire des recommandations personnalisées pour améliorer l'expérience culinaire.
- **Prendre les Commandes**: Prendre et transmettre avec précision les commandes à la cuisine et au bar, en veillant à ce que les préférences des clients soient respectées.
- **Servir les Plats**: Apporter les plats et les boissons rapidement, en veillant à la qualité et à la présentation conformes aux normes du restaurant.
- **S'assurer de la Satisfaction**: Vérifier régulièrement que les clients sont satisfaits de leur expérience et répondre à leurs besoins avec courtoisie.
- **Gérer les Paiements**: Traiter les paiements, gérer les transactions en espèces ou par carte de manière précise, et assurer la sécurité des transactions.
- **Collaborer avec l'Équipe**: Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le personnel de cuisine et du bar pour garantir un service fluide, surtout durant les périodes de forte affluence.
- **Maintenir la Propreté**: Assurer la propreté et l'organisation des zones de service et de restauration, offrant un environnement agréable pour les clients et les collègues.
- **Participer aux Événements**: Aider à la préparation des événements spéciaux, contribuant au succès des activités et promotions du restaurant.

**Exigences**:

- **Expérience en Service**: Expérience antérieure en tant que serveuse/serveur ou dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans le domaine de la restauration ou de l'hôtellerie.
- **Compétences en Communication**: Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de créer un lien avec les clients.
- **Polyvalence**: Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément tout en maintenant des standards élevés de service.
- **Souci du Détail**: Attention particulière aux détails pour garantir la satisfaction des clients.
- **Flexibilité**: Disponibilité pour travailler sur divers quarts, y compris en soirée, les fins de semaine, et les jours fériés.
- **Endurance Physique**: Capacité à rester debout et à se déplacer pendant de longues périodes, ainsi qu'à porter des plateaux.

**Qualifications préférées**:

- **Connaissance en Restauration**: Expérience dans un environnement de restauration avec une compréhension du service des mets et boissons.
- **Compétences Techniques**: Familiarité avec les systèmes de point de vente (POS) et la gestion des transactions financières de base.

- **Ensure Satisfaction**: Regularly check on guests to ensure they are enjoying their experience and address any needs courteously.
- **Handle Payments**: Process payments, manage cash or card transactions accurately, and ensure transaction security.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service, especially during busy periods.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep service and dining areas clean and organized, providing a pleasant environment for guests and colleagues.
- **Event Participation**: Assist in the setup of special events, contributing to the success of the restaurant’s activities and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- **Service Experience**: Previous experience as a waitress/waiter or in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service.
