We are currently seeking a talented Google Ads Specialist to join our expanding team and contribute to our mission of achieving measurable growth. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve our marketing objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad targeting to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI.
- Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, Google Ads best practices, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong track record of driving results.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or other analytics tools for campaign performance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- **Google Ads certification is a plus.**:

- Experience with other digital marketing channels such as Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Programmatic Advertising is desirable.

Part-time, one day per week commitment required in-office to start. Some work from home hours possible.

**You must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or refugee with the right to work in Canada.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
