**Responsibilities**:
OVERALL PURPOSE

Ensures railway network possession and occupancy plans are generated accurately and promptly to deliver safe and effective conditions for all stakeholders. Collaborates and facilitates with internal and external stakeholders to integrate and develop solutions to ensure effective utilization of resources and alignment with company policies and procedures. Provide technical expertise and knowledge to various stakeholders on policies and procedures related to permits, Documents framework of policies, processes, practices, and standards, and supports in development of compliance approval framework. Partners with stakeholders to implement best practices, identify & escalate operational issues and/or risks and actively communicate gaps between project scope and business needs. Provides reporting and analysis by developing monthly updates, summaries, reports as and when required.

**Qualifications**:
EDUCATION

Requires grade 12 graduation plus completion of certificate in business administration, communication, and customer service, or a related discipline.

EXPERIENCE

Recruitment Process: An applicant will be required to demonstrate their suitability for this position by meeting the minimum level of qualifications and experience in order to be invited into the selection process. A standard interview format will be used including general, scenario and behavioural descriptive interview questions.

40 hours per week.

This position works predominately on-site

**Rate of Pay**:
Wage: $46.59 per hour

The Total Compensation Package includes Extended Health, Dental, Transit Pass and enrollment in the Public Service Pension Plan.
