Team Member - Food Handling - Cashier - Customer Service

We are looking to hire for this position immediately. Training provided with pay.

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Customer Service: Able to greet and provide common manners to all guests
- Food preparation and food handling: Following health and safety guidelines
- POS and Cash Handling
- Opening and Closing procedures
- Daily cleaning and maintenance
- Receiving and stocking food deliveries
- Follow company policies and Health & Safety protocols
- Maintain company Operational standards as outlined in Training
- Report to Business Development Manager and Director of Operations
- Aid in municipal, internal and third-party audits and inspections
- Working collaboratively on a team

**Manager Responsibility**:

- Team Member Schedules: Create and post weekly schedule
- Inventory: Perform a detailed inventory on a weekly basis to determine current food cost %
- Sales Reporting: Enter all daily sales into the Sales reporting portal daily
- Ordering: Place weekly order to replenish all food and packaging inventory
- Invoice Reporting: Enter all store invoices into the Invoice reporting portal
- Cash Handling: Daily reconciliation of the cash and petty cash floats
- Bank Deposits: Deposit all required cash deposits on a frequent basis
- Business Analysis: Analyze the P & L on a weekly basis and determine areas of opportunity.
- Goal Setting: Set daily, weekly, monthly and yearly goals to move the business forward
- Training: Able to fully train all new staff to maintain and exceed the brand’s standards
- Store Cleanliness: Use cleaning checklist to maintain the brand’s high food safety and cleanliness standards
- Leadership: Able to lead the staff in their duties and assist with their professional growth

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Management experience in quick service restaurant/casual dining and/or retail/customer service environment an asset
- Food Handler Certificate an asset
- Knowledge of food handling and basic knife skills an asset
- An adaptable mindset
- Comfortable working for long periods standing and lifting to 25 lbs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
