**Delivery Driver (Victoria, B.C.)**

Reporting Directly to the Shipping Supervisor, the Truck Driver’s duties and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Check to make sure equipment used by driver is in good operating condition
- Report any problems with equipment if faulty
- Load product on skids according to route
- Make sure total numbers of invoice match the number marked on route sheet for customers before leaving plant
- Put any top up product to finish the load before leaving
- Do deliveries in a safe and efficient time frame
- Make sure all product is accounted for while making a delivery
- Make sure all relevant information is filled out on credit notes
- Make sure all C.O.D are properly received recorded and handed in
- Returns are put in the assigned areas in warehouse when returning to plant
- Pick up empty milk crates and chicken totes from customers
- Drivers must do a post trip when returning at days end
- Ensure truck is clean and tidy

**Qualifications**
- Class 5 drivers license or higher required
- 5 ton experience an asset but not required
- Clean drivers abstract required
- Experience driving a delivery vehicle preferred
- Excellent time management, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of Victoria & surrounding area
