En tant que conseiller(ère) en mise en œuvre de notre produit **Vend**, tu veilleras à ce que nos détaillants qui achètent des services d'intégration terminent le processus d'intégration avec succès et tirent le maximum de notre produit. Pour ce faire, tu offriras de la formation et des conseils et tu présenteras les pratiques exemplaires aux détaillants sur Vend by Lightspeed afin de maximiser la fidélisation de la clientèle et l'expérience client globale.

**Tes responsabilités**:

- Former et guider une cohorte définie de détaillants à l'aide de trousses d'intégration pour assurer la réussite de leur instance du produit et s'assurer qu'ils utilisent efficacement notre produit.
- Atteindre systématiquement les objectifs d'activation (réussite de l'intégration), de satisfaction client relatifs à l'intégration et d'accords sur les niveaux de service, et respecter systématiquement les dates d'entrée en service des détaillants.
- Travailler avec le détaillant pour comprendre ses besoins et assurer la réussite de ses flux de travail, y compris lui fournir des conseils sur les pratiques exemplaires en matière de flux de travail.
- S'assurer que le produit et les données client de chaque détaillant de ta cohorte sont correctement configurés et que leurs intégrations sont correctement configurées.
- Te tenir à jour sur le produit et les pratiques exemplaires du commerce de détail.
- Cerner les opportunités de mise à niveau pour les paiements et les logiciels complémentaires tiers, et planifier les mises à niveau au besoin.
- Effectuer des appels préliminaires (au besoin) avant la vente pour déterminer les besoins des détaillants en matière de configuration.
- Consigner les commentaires pour les équipes des produits, des ventes et des opérations afin d'améliorer continuellement notre expérience d'intégration.
- Contribuer au sein de l'équipe à l'atteinte des objectifs organisationnels.

**Ce que tu peux apporter à l'équipe**:

- Expérience dans le domaine du succès client; expérience en formation et en prestation de services professionnels, un atout important.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication (verbale et écrite) et en présentation.
- Connaissance intermédiaire de Google Sheets ou de MS Excel.
- Connaissance technique approfondie du secteur du commerce de détail et des outils de commerce de détail, un atout.
