- Promote and secure business from all aspects of the HVAC, and related industries
- Identify and solicit potential clients, and enter all information into the CRM system to monitor advancement
- Assist and share in customer sales calls requiring assistance, including on-site
- Assist in trade shows offered by ECCO, suppliers and/or customers
- Analyze blueprints, drawings, work orders, and sketches for fabrication and install
- Plan project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and set deadlines
- Maintain accurate record of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted
- Participate in staff meetings to exchange ideas, address issues, and identify opportunities to find solutions, as well as to manage ongoing work and maintain communication with customers
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement for internal processes, as well as revise standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Plan and develop strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Other duties as deemed necessary by management

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or other related discipline
- 3-5 years’ experience in a progressive Estimating or Project Management role
- Previous experience in HVAC, manufacturing or related industry
- Ability to read and interpret Architectural, Mechanical drawings and technical specifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
- Must be willing to attend educational and seminars courses to supplement their existing professional experience and product knowledge.
- Excellent organizational, and computer skills including estimating software
