**Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)**:

- Preparing monthly financial documents
- Quarterly and monthly Provincial and Federal tax filing
- WCB filing
- Accounts Payable (processing monthly A/P cheques & ensuring complete and accurate filing of Accounts Payable documentation)
- Accounts Receivable (processing receipts and following up on accounts)
- Payroll - processing for hourly & salaried staff
- Keep track of vacation hours, banked hours, days off, etc.
- Data entry as required by Full Cycle accounting
- Bank reconciliation
- Complete and accurate filing of accounting documentation
- Various responsibilities and roles as per Medical Device industry ISO 13485 standards
- Use of custom company software
- Other administrative support as required

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 1 year experience working in an accounting or similar office environment, with exposure to full cycle accounting experience an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals internally and externally
- Ability to work in a team environment / aptitude for working both independently and as a team member
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- A professional and positive attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to listen, simplify, and share information with the team
- Ability to exercise professionalism, sound judgement and discretion when handling issues of a difficult, sensitive or confidential nature
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a willingness and ability to learn

**Salary**: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
