We carry over one million industrial, material handling and business products that are sold through our website, corporate sales people and full color catalogs. We are constantly increasing our product offerings to meet the diverse and changing needs of our customers. Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Indoff’s marketing efforts have three primary goals - work with and assist Partners (including Appliance sales team) on their direct marketing efforts, work with and assist our Recruiting team to achieve our recruiting goals, strengthen our brand - increasing awareness for prospective Partners, end customers, and vendors.

The Marketing Director will report to the President of Indoff. The overriding responsibility will be to develop, execute, manage and coordinate Indoff’s marketing strategies with the focus being on the three primary goals described above. Specific duties and objectives may include but not be limited to the following:

- Manage all of the Indoff marketing spend.
- Manage the total marketing effort including those who work in our marketing group as well as the work that may be done by other groups.
- Manage the Indoff brand by creating and / or approving all Indoff content.
- Work closely with the GM of the appliance division to create and execute the appliance divisions strategy with the sole focus on lead generation (direct main campaigns. E-mail campaigns, trade shows, etc.).
- Manage (administer) the tools that assist with these efforts.
- Assist with Indoff National Sales Meetings - agendas, content, etc

Partner Marketing
- Continually monitor and enhance Indoff’s web presence and add relevant content to grow awareness and attain leads for all Partner groups (Material Handling, Commercial Interiors, Business Products, Promotional Products and Energy Solutions). This also includes:

- Website Metrics
- Partner Pages Metrics
- CES Metrics
- Social Media Metrics
- Manage Partner expectations for what the Indoff Marketing Program will and will not do.

Recruiting & Vendor Relations
- Improve where possible printed and electronic materials, particularly the packet.
- Analyze and help develop additional content / web presence for our recruiting efforts.
- Assist Vendor Relations Manager with e-marketing programs and other initiatives to engage Vendors with Indoff.
