**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the Advisory Services team to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers
- Provide guidance and support to team members in resolving complex issues
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service efficiency
- Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with management regarding complex issues.

Insures that cashiers follow cash handling procedures at all times.

Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in food service operations, food handling, and food safety protocols
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Experience in kitchen management, restaurant operations, or hotel services is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Smart Serve (preferred)
