**Responsibilities**:

- Team Leadership: Leading all team members and managing the daily operations of the front end, facility maintenance, and additional attractions within. Being a positive role model for any and all staff members.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate front end and attractions staff.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by managing customer interactions and addressing concerns promptly. Contribute to the auditing of the customer experience to maintain high standards. Assist other managers with customer experience-related issues.
- Financial Responsibilities: Assist with cash handling duties, including till preparation, and deposit preparation. Manage budgetary requirements of departments as required.
- Operational Support: Aid in ordering and purchasing operational supplies and retail merchandise. Performing operational paperwork related to safety, accounting, and inventory.
- Facility Maintenance: Support the maintenance of the practical operational feasibility of the center.
- Safety Compliance: Collaborate with the management team to consistently follow safety protocols and regulations.
- Training and Development: Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new staff members.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Holds at least 3-5 years of experience in comparable management roles and customer service.
- Demonstrated success in leading large teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Displays a genuine passion for fostering a safe and enjoyable work environment.
- Capable of making informed decisions in a fast-paced operational setting.
- Communicates effectively with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office and operations management software.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
