IT Administator

**Overview**:
We're looking for a skilled and motivated IT Systems Administrator to join our team. As the In-House IT Systems Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in managing our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of hardware and software systems. Your responsibilities include system monitoring, O365 administration, hardware procurement, corporate cell phone & VoIP management, user lifecycle management, and internet/Wi-Fi support.

Summary of Responsibilities:
**System Monitoring and Maintenance**:
- Collaborate with vendors and manage system performance.-
- Monitor and assist in resolving IT issues.-
- Conduct regular system maintenance tasks.**O365 Administration**:
- Manage Microsoft Office 365 services.-
- Implement and enforce security policies.-
- Provide support for O365-related issues.**Hardware Procurement and Maintenance**:
- Collaborate with departments for hardware needs.-
- Source and procure cost-effective hardware.-
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues.**Corporate Cell Phone & VoIP Management**:
- Deploy and support corporate cell phones & VoIP networks.-
- Implement security measures.-
- Provide technical support for mobile devices.**User Creation and Decommissioning**:
- Administer user account lifecycle.-
- Collaborate with HR for onboarding and offboarding.-
- Implement security protocols and provide user training.**Internet & Wi-Fi**:
- Monitor dashboards and troubleshoot issues.-
- Project manage installations and upgrades.-

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.-
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator.-
- In-depth knowledge of hardware and software systems.-
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration.-
- Familiarity with mobile device management.-

- The Association has defined core collaboration hours for all employees working remotely the hours in a workday when meetings are likely to be scheduled and guest and vendor contact is heaviest.
- Collaboration hours take place between 10:00am and 2:00pm Pacific Time Monday to Friday to account for time zones. The role may include work at our hostels and occasional attendance at offsite meetings, as necessary.
